The Oakland Co-Ed Rec Soccer League first started in the summer of 2009. The league has now grown to become a year round Adult Co-Ed recreational soccer league with over 400 active players participating during the calendar year.

Oakland Co-Ed Recreational Soccer League goals and objectives: 

• A recreational soccer league for players of all skill levels;
• Open to adults (men and women) over the age of 19 who live and/or work in or near Oakland;
• Program goal is adult participation while having fun playing soccer in a social and semi-competitive/intramural environment.

Summer Rec League: Summer League runs June, July and Aug on Mon - Thurs nights at 6:30pm at Wells Field in Oakland.

Fall Rec League: Fall League runs midweek at 9pm at the Oakland Rec field starting mid Sept through the end of November.
Winter Rec League: Winter Indoor League runs from December through May at various indoor facilities in the area.

*Space is limited for all 3 of the Rec Leagues with a MAX # of participants for each season
